Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

First spin in my new boards kit - check. (thanks cram)
First 100km + since hip surgery - check.

Had surgery 9 weeks ago to correct impingement in right hip (left to be done in september). did a few 60kms duing the week and headed off to do the same at lunchtime (lie in after trip to croker yesterday - bring on the dubs :D), felt good so I kept going.

103.73 km, 4hrs 4min, avg 25.4km, 1800m climbing (mainly long drags + cork airport hill)
    Avg HR - 163bpm, Max HR =190bpm

Wrecked now but better than I did when I got home. Got LS, Gillet and shorts. Fit is perfect and the chamois on the shorts is great. Photo attached only 'cos a got a new Samsung Galaxy S phone on Saturday and am still playing with it constantly.

I was messing with mirror portrait setting on the camera. Was wondering if anyone would spot it.
