The wallcandies around Ennis..there's a map

    There's a map to follow that includes all of the Wall Candies.

    They are scattered all around town.
    I like them. It makes the town more relaxed. We should have more!

    I agree. A lot of them are excellent. Most of the buildings they put them on were run down or ugly so it spruced things up a little.

    It's on my to-do list to follow the map one of these days.
    The map seems awkward to follow!!!
    I have my own names for most of the streets in Ennis

    I followed it on the weekend of the street festival.

    They were really nice :)
    Although I had to laugh when I was searching for ages for one in an area and found it was a duck painted on a little wall near the river at the bank :P

    It's amusing to see things you've been looking at for nearly 30 years being put in a different context. That missing brick in the wall in the Friary car park has definitely been there since before I was born.
