Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wireless Network Adapter

Just a quick question in relation to wireless adapters -

In general, how much speed is lost between the router and the xbox? The router is positioned about 15 - 20 feet (walking) away from the xbox. As the crow flies it's positioned about 6 feet away from the router but there is a wall in the way.

My current ping from my laptop is about 60 - 70 ms with 0% packet loss and 10ms jitter. The laptop is connected by wifi to the router and is a similiar distance from the router.

Unfortunately my bandwidth is only around the 1 mb point as I can't currently get any faster boardband.

Should a wireless adapter be ok?

    should be fine

its very hard to judge the speed of wireless as lots of things can interfere with it
