    Does anyone else find themselves completely addicted to Facebook?

    Im spending all my spare time online > chatting, creeping etc, even when im in work i end up checking FB on my phone!!! So as much as i enjoy it i think i need to go 'cold turkey' and reduce my usage massively.

    So... am i the only Facebook junki out there??? (i doubt it)
