    Hi all.
I have written a small children's book and am looking to find a printer who'd do small quantities, anything other than Snap pls, looking for cca 200 copies. Anyone know if Kilkenny People do these amounts?
Thanks in advance for your answers.
And yes I have tried google search and golden pages, all but one deal with 1,000 plus print run.

Does the book have illustrations or is it just text? Colour or black and white? How many pages - binding options will depend on how many pages.

Lots of POD printers like Lulu, Ka-Blam and FAM but depending on the answer to the above questions I would rec different ones. Frankly any digital printer will print a small book but cost difference can be massive between. Used a KK based digital printer to print a 60 page perfect bind full colour book last year and it cost nearly 10 euro a book [only printed 30, the bigger the run the cheaper it gets but once you get to numbers over 1000 you should be looking for an off set printer] Used Ka-Blam to print the same book and it was less the $5 a book but turn around time was a lot longer.

prefer someone in Ireland that can be contacted than a website and an email and then no contact...

Any digital printer will be able to print what you want but the cost will be alot higher using a printer in Ireland. As it's only 20 pages you just want a stab bound booklet rather then a perfect bind job, it's only worth the cost of perfect bind on books of 80 pages or more. If you can do it yourself or know someone who can do it, do the layout yourself as the printer will charge a fairly decent hourly rate if they've to do the book layout.

Just make sure it's a digital printer and not a litho/off set printer as they're the ones that won't do runs under 500/1000.
