New EU law to cancelling contracts anyone explain it to me?

Hey Im currently on meteor talk 60 which is 23 euro a month and then my bills are around 50 to 60 max total just wondering any way i could lower my bill with this new law?

Change to another tarriff, one that covers your actual usage.
