    ETA at 13.30 means when it'll be in the bay, the berthing slot is for 14.30, so both are correct

    well i am sitting here at the great south wall at 14.19 and i can see it a few miles offshore so i would reckon 14.30 in the bay is more accurate. pics to follow later hopefully if the rain stops

    went down to see it today, managed to get there right while it rained for 10mins!!! looks very impressive anyway.
