    That was Friday's conversation! ;)

    It depends on the profile to be honest. Depending on the age, "looking for someone to treat me right" may mean that they've been messed around in the past.
    Or it could be a young girl saying that cos she thinks that's what works.

    I tend not to pay too mich attention to the tagline to be honest, and would check the profile. At least for another 11 days then i'll be following my own advice and taking a 2 or 3 month hiatus!

    Hmmmm....

    I have just found a profile on AF of someone who i went out with for a while but it was one of these ldr's where i was doing all the travelling so it fizzled out after a couple of months.

    However, while we were together she had her 30th.

    Her age according to the profile now is 29. WHY DO PEOPLE DO THIS!!!!!

    haha :D my mother used to always try get away with telling people she was 29... and then when she couldn't it was 39... :D

    It's safe to assume that you mother was married when she was doing this?

    Why would you say you are 29 on a dating site? If she ends up with someone, come september he's going to be prepping for a 30th party, she'll be having a few friends over for a 31st....

    yeah she was married... not for men like, just in general.

    i dunno though, i mean it's a bit odd to lie by only 1 year... it's not really doing much harm... i just mean in general. it'd piss me right off if someone did that to me really.

    Nope, it's not doing any harm.......it's just plain ol' dumb!

    People think i lie about my age all the time, cos my hair is a lot 'lighter' in colour than it was a few years ago. But my hair started going 'lighter' when i was 20!

    It still sucks though!! :(

    Naaah, I'm as grey as a badger. With an underlying hint of the brown ginger auburn colour.
