    i've got a few from here http://www.8ball.co.uk/. I wouldn't call them cheap, somewhere approaching reasonable. I've better sites for particular genre's/regions, this is a good general site.

    At the respective bands gigs, otherwise in most cases the bands wont see a penny of it and someone is just using thier image without permission for financial gain.
