Name of Pig Roaster crowd @ Food Festival?

Hi Lads, I have racked my brains now, but I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the crowd that did the pig on a spit in Dungarvan @ the food festival back in April. They were in the Square, with black tshirts and the company logo on the back. They looked pretty cool, one of the lads had a load of thyme behind…

Hi Lads,

Anyway it's just on the tip of my tongue, if anyone has a the name I'd appreciate it!
