    If I topup online with AIB will o2 send me a text notification when the top up goes through?

    Yes, and says something like " for further info contact your provider"

    We're not suffering, only complaining 😞

    You get a text when the top up has been accepted via you PIN being entered correctly, then a few mins later you will get a second text when the credit has been applied to your balance.
