Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

USR File

    Not sure if this is the right area or not (Mods please move if it is wrong area).

    I have a file that is designated as a USR file. I believe that this refers to a user database file. I can open it with the program with which it is associated. However, the program doesn't allow for copying of the information in the database to another file e.g. Access or Excel. The program only allows for a single cell to be exported at any one time!

    Every time I try to open the file with Access or Excel, it crashes my computer.

    Any suggestions on how to access the information on the file, to allow me to export it to another database system.
