nokia e51 goes into voice mail too quick

so my granda ported to meteor from o2 and since then his phone only gings about 3 times before going into voice mail.... how do i fix this for him ?

use these divert settings and try to change the timer up to 20 seconds (prepay) or 30 (billpay)
