    Hi

I am doing a favour for a co worker , They are moving into newbuild and have the following setup.

    1. Main Sitting Room (Where gear will reside) has 4 cables ran for surround sound.

    2. Open Plan Area where 2 speakers are to be placed ,(Cables are running back to the main Sitting Room , adjacent to the AMP Location)

    3. He also has a Second Living Room where there is cabling for 4 speakers again running back to main sitting room near the AMP

In both remote areas the cables all pass through a double socket where we hope to put a Speaker Volume Control .

He is looking for a system that will allow to control all 3 zones ,
In the remote areas all he is interested in controlling is the volume.

IPod Hookup , FM Radio etc is what is he is after , He will also be hooking up a SKY HD Box to it.

    Open to suggestions really.

He is also looking for 3 x Freesat/Irish DTT equipped TV's . In or around the 32" mark ,

What is availability like on these at the moment ?

Thanks for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.

    Circus,

apologies for the delay getting back to you - we are really under Colleague pressure at the moment - it seems that anyone we move into our Boardie / Mail order department at the moment immediately gets ill and goes off sick - personally I don't think that you boardies are that bad a lot :):D - ANyway we hope to catch up on all the posts by close of Biz tomorrow Tuesday 9th so apologie sto all in the meantime..

Anyway back to the issue in hand - we do have an amp at £199.95 that may be ideal for you without breaking the bank. The Teac AG980http://www.teac.co.uk/products/separates-AG-980.php actually drives 8 speakers across 4 zones & Zones 1 & 2 are controllable separately ie you can run different sources through them at different volumes!

This receiver however is a Stereo receiver and not a surround sound receiver - if you are looking for an AV /Surround receiver which will operate 3 zones then you can look at the stunning new AVR3311 which we have just received into stock - this is a 3 zone unit which will give you surround sound in the main zone and two separate stereo zones - it even comes with a second remote for the remote zones - see details here: http://www.denon.co.uk/site/frames_main.php?main=prod&ver=&MID=3&sub=1&action=detail&Pid=457 this is a really hot product at £1099.95.

On the TV front we have a very few 32LF7700 TV's left at £379.95 - these are an excellent TV including MPEG4 / UHF/VHF and Freesat HD tuners: http://www.lg.com/ie/tv-audio-video/televisions/LG-lcd-tv-32LF7700.jsp

Whilst it's a simple set up - do please ensure that any amp/receiver your Colleague gets does everything they require and of course give me a shout if you would like us to reserve anything or if we can assist in any way,

    ATB,
