This proposal has been outlined in the Munster this week. It would be a private development incorporating Tramore, New Ross, Rosslare and Waterford. It sounds like a wonderful idea and I hope they are able to agree and follow it through. I also hope they don't need any planning permission that our serial objector can mess up.
