iPhone4 with Three

So I bought a new phone back in may. The the iPhone4 came out. I wanna change phones but Three tell me I have to wait till March!!! They say if I want an iPhone4 I must buy out my current contract for over €200. Feck that! Anyone else have this problem or get around it?
