Lads I'm looking at a gaa bet for the weekend here

    I fancy

    Clonoulty to beat ballina 3/10
    Loughmore to beat upperchurch 2/5
    Drom&Inch to beat portroe 2/5
Na Fianna to beat Craobh Ciaran 2/5

Any tipp or Dublin lads have any team info on any of those as to why to back or why to stay away from anyway?

The Dublin selection was Just one a buddy gave me but am looking for second and third opinions?

Also any info on clonoulty having a full team or not would be great?

Drom will be without Callanan and I think Jamie Moloney. I reckon this is factored in with the price already cos if Callanan is playing, they should be 1/6. I still think they should have too much for Portroe though.

Loughmore have a strong team on paper and should be winning but always find it tough against Upperchurch.

Dont know much about Clonoulty or Ballina.

    Charleville 1/2
    Drom & Inch 2/5
    Loughmore 2/5

Very solid 2/1(ish) shot for the weekend

    Also good value is

    castlelyons at 6/4
    And
    Midleton intermediates at 15/8

I've the treble and 2 singles done, the treble is the NAP

Never very much between Loughmore and Upperchurch, Loughmore are generally slow starters, may very well win but 2/5 is not value imo.

Sarsfields intermediates started at 3/1 last night to beat Dungourney with PP, backed into 11/8 within three hours and are now 11/10. My team have played both teams in the last few weeks and Sars were a solid outfit with a few ex Cork minors/21s and unless they totally f**k up they're a deadly bet . 11/10

How will your own crowd go against Borris?

Quitely confident although Borris are a very solid team and have our former manager Johnny Kelly at the helm, Ruairi Gleeson is out with a broken thumb and we have a good few involved with Tipp and you just never know how they will go when they come back, bookies have it priced just about right imo.

Good 7pt win for Kiladangan, 1-20 to 1-13, former county man Daragh Egan with 1-10. Brendan Maher best for Borris.

Ballyporeen 5/6 , Bally are a Football Club with games played in the League and a lot of Friendlies played lately while Upperchurch concentrate mainly on the hurley bat and will have very little Football played this year . Also throw in Moyle Rovers 8/15 for the Double , plenty of County players including Liam Boland who kicked 4-5 points this evening in a friendly for Tipp v Galway !

  • Registered Users Posts: 186 ✭✭pablo24

In Kerry, St Brendans should be comfortable over Shannon Rangers this weekend at 4/7.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,059 ✭✭✭80s Child

Things are tight in Mayo, with no real value anywhere to my knowledge.

Knockmore are 1/5 away to Charlestown.
Ballintubber 1/10 at home to Kiltane.
    Castlebar 1/10 away to Crossmolina.

Everywhere else is too tight to call. Even Breaffy at 1/12 at home against Davitts. Davitts drew with Ballintubber recently, albeit they were without Cillian for a large portion of the game. I watched Breaffy in the first round last year against Garrymore and they were almost caught on the hop!

The last one is Garrymore at 4/6 to beat Westport at home. Kevin Keane is out for the forseeable future so won't partake. Any background on Garry from anyone?

New York worth a punt at 3/1?

    Avondhu 1/10
    Douglas 1/10
    St Brendan's 3/10
    O loughlin Gaels 1/4
    Strokestown 1/4
    Carlow 2/5

There are two stupid prices in there in Douglas and avondhu and I normally wouldn't touch anything over 1/5 for a gaa accum but those 2 together make it and I can't stress enough that those 2 coupled should be 1/500 not 1/5

So in total that accum ends up at 5/2 so hopefully we can follow up from last weekends success.

    As for singles

    Newcestown at 11/8
    Muskerry at 21/10

Both well worth a go. Bandon going poor and depleted 21/10 looks big on muskerry even taking the chance in them being a division against a club.

Will post any more info I get, I like the 5/2 shot this week.
