Wonder will St Finbarrs be stretched on Saturday night vs Kildorrery in Cork Intermediate. Their seniors are out on Friday evening vs Bishopstown. Kildorrery could be value at 6/4, but that's purely an observation rather than a tip

Great call Kildorrery won by 4

    Swans win by 2 points.

    Killenaule didn't give a toss.

    Swans ahead all the game.

    They will do some celebrating!

Fixture was a joke, 3 days rest after south semi in football which went to extra time.

Killyon are very good value at 11/8 to beat Kilmessan in the Meath SHC.
Kilmessan got a goal with the last puck of the game to take it to extra time

    Lee Chin - All Star Award - 1 Point @ 7/1
    Conor Whelan - Young HOTY - 1 Point @ 3/1
    Galway to win Leinster - 3 Points @ 11/8
Clare to Reach AI Semi Final - 2 Points @ 11/10

    Already Advised
Joe Canning to be Championship top scorer

Joe Canning to win an All-Star
    3pts 13-8 BoyleSports

Conor Whelan to be Young Hurler of the Year
    1pt 3-1 Paddy Power

I see Jennings is claiming he tipped Joe Canning to win an All Star @ 13/8 in the 12 page pull out back in May...

*possibility I missed it when I was compiling the selections back in May so open to correction.

    Not me!

There's no way Jennings is in profit for Championship!

Jennings is definitely not in profit or even anywhere breaking even but I have to give him the Joe Canning All Star pick he had it as one of his best bets of the hurling championship

Was that definitely in the 12 page pull out? I must have missed it when I collated the selections from it...

Anyone see a bet available for a point from a sideline cut - had it in the semi final with pp - just can't find it at the minute

Yeah it's there - evens with PP

Sideline Cut to be scored is 6/5 with Boyles

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,100 ✭✭✭Browney7

Waterford Subs over 2.5 pts - evens. 2 points
MOTM nomination G McInerney - 11/2 one point
C Whelan to score a point from play in each half - 10/11 1.5 pts
Aidan Harte and P Mannion to score - 5/6 one point on each (reckon Galway could shoot a bit from distance with sweeper)
    Under 48.5 points - 10/11 2 points

Hardly. Canning is one of the best players in the country and has been for nearly a decade. He'd be a shoe in for an All Star granted the team has any sort of a good season.

Under player X total points on powers - it's 5/6 now. I backed it last night

Think your misreading what I'm saying pal. I never said it was a great bet I said it was in his best bets of the championship column

He's -33pts in championship according to Twitter anyway, +6pts for the season...

On Boyles on scoring battles, Austin Gleeson is 1/2 to outscore Conor Whelan who's 6/4 to do the same. Can't understand that. Great value in Whelan there.

Whelan only got the one but Gleeson tried to score heroic points and came up empty handed.

Having a look at under 49.5 points at 1/1 with Boyles for All-Ireland hurling final. Would have had it at 46/47 myself.
Tipp-Galway game in spite of being a decent quality match totalled 43 points. Galway did not make the anticipated hay against a ropey Tipp full-back line. Waterford will be even more defensive than Tipp and will have a stronger full back line against them.
The Cork-Waterford scoreline is skewed by the sending off.
At the time of the sending off in the 50th minute, the score was 0-15 to 1-11, so with two thirds of the match gone, it was heading for around the 45 total. Waterford scored 3-8 after the sending off.

    Easy done :-)

id say its a toss up between burke and canning.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,131 ✭✭✭Burial.

David Burke I'd say. 4 points from midfield, captain led by example and when taken off he was aching from a massive effort. Huge game. Tadhg De Burca, Canning, Pauraic Mahony, Mannion or McInerney to be in a shout for nominations.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,457 ✭✭✭Danick

Mcinerney did such a great job on Gleeson - I think he could get MOM - correct me if I'm wrong as I was at the game - but I don't think Gleeson scored - monumental effort from McInerney

Surely Conor Whelan for YPOTY @1/7 is as good as free money? Even as a Cork man I couldn't see Mark Coleman above him. Whelan arguably a candidate for HOTY.
