Home study support?

I really want to do a home or college course (ACCA) but all books and study kits are really expensive and i dont earn that much is there a grant or something to help with the costs? My husband lost his job 18 months ago, so only I working and I have to pay a mortgage, loans and bills we just have enough money to pay them…
