People like that just p!ss me off, majority on here are alright although there was one clown regularly posting on these threads had similar attitude and was always boasting that it was acceptable to do illegal stuff and claimed to have friends who lied that they had convictions on the visa application.

Oh ffs, get over yourself. I didnt boast about anything, I just pointed out that it is such a beareaucratically retarded country that lies and scams are, to use the Aussie term, "too easy". It seems from your posts you socialise with few or any people from abroad and as such dont really know what you are talking about.

Never mind your sanctimonious holier than thou attitude, as if you have never taken advantage of one piece of Australian laid back- ness. You do know that if you have ever been drunk in a bar here you violated the rules. Time you packed your bags and went home surely! Cant have Irish people being asll drunk and such.

Anyone see him on the news? The clown was filmed still wearing his hi vis when he was being led away :pac: As soon as I heard a backpacker had been arrested for something this stupid I knew well he would be a pissed Irish head.

Hi vis? as in vest one would wear doing construction??

I missed the news today, what channel was it on? Anyone know what he got today, remanded in custody or bailed? I'd doubt he was sentenced today. No updates of it online.

If one used this story as a benchmark of the sentence the taxi thief is to get..
Taxi vs Ferrari, maybe he'll get a week or so..
