Need to know the name of a band

Hows it going. Can anyone tell me the name of an english grunge/indie band that were out around 2005. They sounded very similiar to Nirvana. There first single was of them playing in a basement i think and had two girls watchn tele in it. Can anyone please tell me the name if you can. Thanks
