I was playing my GBA SP & Gamecube this week & while going through my attic to get them realised i've got a nice collection of Game Consoles (although miles from what i've seen in mags or on the net).
    I've got a
    Gamecube,
    N64,
    NES,
    Sega Megadrive, PlayStation(broken),
    PS2,
    PS3,
    Xbox 360,
    Gameboy Pocket,
    Gameboy Advance,
    Gameboy Advance SP,
    Nintendo DS (launch),
    Nintendo DS Lite.
I was thinking of picking up a Snes eventually aswell & i'm definetly going getting a 3DS.

It's a tad excessive alright! One of these days I'll start getting rid of multiples. Nobody needs that many Megadrives/ps1s.

Impressed you had a Neo Geo as well :)
No Atari Lynx though ? Was a nice little handheld, shame the game support wasn't great.

And there I was thinking that I was great owning a 360, PS3 and Wii.

I've got a Gameboy Advance SP knocking about somewhere too. Gonna indulge in a PSP Go next I think followed by the new DS.

you are great owning a 360/PS3 and Wii! Nothing wrong and everything right with enjoying current gen gaming :)

    Lets see...

    Playstation x3
    PS2 x3
    Xbox x3 inc. 1 crystal
    Dreamcast x2
    Gamecube x2
    Xbox 360
    Nintendo DS Lite
    Tiger GameCom
    Quickshot Supervision
    Sega GameGear
    Atari 2600
    Commodore 64
    Commodore 128
    Sinclair ZX81
and there's a Systema TV Boy 2 somewhere around...

I also have games for the NES, SNES, N64 and MegaDrive so I'll be adding those consoles to my collection at some point too, just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I'd recommend a Classic iPod rather than an iPhone/iPad etc mostly because of it's memory size and battery length. With 160GB you can put on a LOT of music/*podcasts* and have some videos as well. I find i get headaches when watching something too long on bus journeys so music is the way forward to me.

iPod Touch/iPhone + Angry Birds. You will actually wish the bus gets stuck in traffic.

    ---

Had a NES and SNES along with a Gameboy Advance and DS before I got rid of them all and now I have just the 360 and PS3. I rarely use the PS3 except for Bluray though and PS3 exclusives.

Throughout though I've had a decent PC to play games on - but with the consoles moving to HD gaming now and having the advantage of the couch I've fallen slightly behind in that regard.

Ah I love my Neo Geo!

Couldn't bring the arcade cabinet with me to my current apartment, so had to get a Neo Geo AES console to play my Neo Geo MVS arcade boards on.

Although that also meant buying a really pricy adapter to play MVS carts on an AES console. Was worth it though. Amazing console.

You'd be suprised how rarely you come across a working Atari Lynx. They always seem to have issues. The Gamegear is the same actually. Bad capacitors in most of the units. Both mine are that way. First the sound goes, then the image gets hard to see.

Freaked out that'll eventually happen to my Nomad too. I don't mind opening up and trying to replace caps in a Gamegear..but a Nomad would have me ****ting myself.

<insert really long list here that i'm too lazy to quote>
without an Amiga, that list is crap :P
