Is she the owner of the company?

Is there anything specific that she does? Does she dock your wages without telling you what the deductions is for? Has the company provided you with terms of employment, and all other statutory requirements?

If she is just a bad boss, in terms of people management, then you can only complain to the company's HR Dept. If she has failed to provide documents which are a legal requirement, then the National Employment Rights Authority (NERA)

PS. Filling in Dept of Social Protection forms is not a legal requirement, unless sent by the Dept., Revenue, or the CSO.
