Hello all, There are a number of families on my street. Most let there children play outside ( cul de sac, other parents gardens ) but there are two families that don't let their children out to play, well one of them has recently let their kids out to the front garden on occasions. The other family don't let their kids…

They are not exclusive to non county council or mix estates but those which are country council/mixed estates seem to be lower on the piroirty list when it comes to getting them put in.
