I'd say your best bet would be Capel St area. There's loads of hardware shops and a work wear shop along there as well as an army surplus store. Can't say for sure if any of them have them but it's worth having a look.

Try Bunzl Safety in Park West, they had a few different colours last time I was up, alternatively the Snickers Shop in Calmount Park, Ballymount may have something similar.
