Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Accident - Recommend a good wheel doctor please

I ran over my front wheel (Campagnolo Neutron Ultra) with the car the other day in an act of hungover stupidity.

The rim is still straight and no spokes are bent or snapped but it looks like two of the bladed spokes have rotated (they're not straight - in the direction of airflow like the others) and one end of the skewer snapped off with the rest lodged in the hub. There is some abrasion on the rim but it's not deep. The hub body is carbon but I can't see any signs of damage, everything else is Alu.

I reckon a quick blow of a hammer will get the skewer out but I want to get it looked at professionally to sort out the spokes and give it a once over before I chance riding it again.

Can anyway recommend a good wheel surgeon please? Is it a job for the Skeff? Humpries is near me and I think I remember someone saying they're good with wheels?

Finally, are light titanium skewers safe or would I be better sticking with the tried and tested campy skewers? Are skewers a risky area to make weight savings?

Thoughts, advice and recommendations are welcome and appreciated.
