Some help with Form 12

I need to complete form 12 for my other half so he can claim top slicing relief on a redundancy payment. Is there any where I can get information on how much Jobseekers he received in 2009? I didn't realise that that was taxable and needed to be included on the form. I have all the information except that part.

It's such a pain, but you will need to ring Revenue for this -

You can get the relevant phone number by typing your pps no into https://www.revenue.ie/wiclo/details.jsp
