Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone ever manage to contact Xbox live support over the phone? tried the site domain IE and GB and none of the numbers given seem to work, sent em an email but they said I need to call which is fair enough, but can't seem to call, any idea boards?

    Google failed me.

I've called before, but in at least a year.

    You've tried 1800-509-186?

Their twitter account is very helpful and fast

I only needed to ring once before and it was very fast. Can't remember the number though. The twitter group sent me the number.

It's very simple to find the numbers, they're on xbox.com

    http://www.xbox.com/en-IE/support/contact/

    +353 12420758

In other words, a Dublin number 01-2420758
