Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hollingsworth, not many to view bu tcan order them in, Kilmacud one is ok, don't forget to haggle, cycleways are notoriously difficult for haggling, which is why i dont go there, plus a few staff are dicks, others are ok though! think there is a shop in Palmerstown to. Halfords my do them as well!

dont forget the price of these bikes - say a 3k euro one here is only about 2600 us dollars, so there is no excuse for haggling, regardless of import taxes etc, their easily making a good 1k on such a bike! dont settle for a crappy 100 euro voucher on accessories or something - rubbish!

Haven't been in there in a while but I used to think them decent when I went there. Their range would not be enormous, mostly commuting type bikes.

Cheers mate. Live on Camden St, so it's close by. Anywhere else in rathgar, rathmines, ranelagh, camden/wexford/angiers st area worth considering?

Many thanks 4 the replies, i've had a look around and spoke to a few people. I have a specialized and would like to stay with a specialized for trading up. I seen a really nice S-works top of the range racing machine the other day that was raced this year and would be for sale soon at a discounted price on new. However the owner did say that it was a racing machine and that while it would be excellent for climbing (which i want) it would be 'teeth shattering' on irish roads and too stiff and uncomfortable on decents or very long trips. Most of my riding involves mtns and usually dont have the time to do more than 80k's on rough enough roads. He did recommend i buy a new Roubaix as the shock absorbing inserts made the bike 'made for irish roads'. So what does anyone think?, which would you recommend? Could i even buy the S works and put a Roubaix shock absorbing front fork on it to dampen things down? It's just that this is a top of the range machine that I wouldn't normally be able to afford that I would be getting at good value with the 'from new' depreciation gone on it!????
