    Hi

    I am renovating a 1940s , semi house in Dublin looking for good builder to do:

    Rewire
    Replumb
    Replaster
    Re insulate
    Attic Conversion -to regulation standard
    Remove Chimney top down - make good
    Fix flat roof
    Install new windows
    Decking

    Can anyone recommed anyone good quality builder, at recession price as i on a budget.
