Hi all, my friend just bought a new Samsung phone on billpay with either Vodaphone or O2. She doesn't want it anymore so wants to give it to me, I am not on biilpay, my network is meteor. When I start up the phone it asks for network key. (phone isn't stolen or anything, all original packaging and numbers and documentation…

Get her to ring her network and ask for the unlock code
