What do these Results Mean Positive or Negative?

    I am with UTVInternet on NGBB so called Not shared Uncongested supposed to be 8mb speed

    Is anyone able to read or interpret these results from my Netgear Router
    I am based in Dublin.

    Your line attenuation is decent, and would be capable of much higher speeds if not for the low noise margin, which is limiting your sync rate and resistance to noise.

    the writing i have in bold is the speed which you are connecting at

    your download is 6.91mb and your upload is 0.5mb

    in reality when download you max will be around 690KBps
