    how are links shortend down to words like you can find it here <-- and the here would b a link

    copy the link you want to the clip-board

    highlight (by selecting) the word you want the link to operate from

    click on the icon shaped like a globe with a chain underneath it ('Insert Link' icon)

    paste the link into the box that appears

    Click the 'OK' button to close the box

    You're done
