Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If a tax registered company (not involved in construction) engages the services of a contractor to complete extensive renovations on the offices they own and operate from...are they obliged to register as a principal contractor and deduct 35%???
    Thanks

    No!

They are not engaged in the construction business so they do not register. Only if you are sub-contracting the work and you are in the construction industry do you need to think about registering for RCT and deduction of the 35%.

    Kind Regards
