re-align in Newry area motor dish urgent

    Hi

    anyone able to do a re-align to a motor dish in Newry? would need it this week though. I have all sats bar bskyb no signal at all on it. was professionaly installed so might just be something simple im missing.

    If you have them all except Sky, it's unlikely to be alignment.

    What reciever have you? Is it just Sky you have the problem with or all sats?

    Hi sorry for some reason my subscription email where not working!

    yeh it seams to be all ok bar BskyB it is a DB800 HD,

    I think last time this happened the guy said it was more of a receiver problem than the alignment.

    Can you guys help?

    Borrow a Sky box and card to test. A Sky box is the only receiver guaranteed to work with a Sky card. The Dreamboxes are really buggy anyway.
