have i messed up , condensation on the lid of the fermenter

    Is this normal?

    I have googled and looked on here.

    is it too warm ?

    any ideas?

    i currently have the fermenter in my attic.

    nice one , i didnt notice it on my first few batches, but i have moved it to the attic and its a little warmer this time of year.

    how long are you leaving your "ibrews" in the fermenter?

    between 2-3 weeks, the last one was 3 weeks before bottling I think.

    Although, in future I'll know properly, having bought a hydrometer.

    But I think the ibrew instructions say a week, from reading here and elsewhere, that's way too short a time frame.
