Card for internet shopping

Is there such a thing as a card with a limit of about 300 euro that you can use online that the bank doesn't charge you to have? It can't be a credit card, as whenever we have used them online we get ripped off. Similar to a 3v card but without all the hassle trying to get the codes and stuff.

3v vouchers,best thing ever,€350 is their max limit,no debt,no dealing with c/c companys,would recomend

www.moneybookers.com offer a pre-paid mastercard that can be used online and in shops, the only fees are for withdrawing cash at the atm and for foreign exchange. You will have to register on moneybookers to see the card details.
