Good cheese for Melting over Nachos

    Was wondering does anyone know a good cheese for melting over nachos besides your typical cheddar.was thinking of having them with dinner tomorrow.cheers.

    hi .what supermarkets stock that type of cheese.i was in superquinn,lidl and tried tesco online and didnt see that cheese anywhere.cheers.

    Lidl do a mixed grated cheese in a 250g bag iirc. It's great for nachos, think it has jack cheese in it, has mozzarella, cheddar and something else neway.
