Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Folks,

    not sure what forum is suitable but I plumped for PLant!

    I have a 3.65KVa Stephill Generator running a Honda GX240 engine. It hasn't been used in ~1-2 years and the engine needs a good service. It was working fine when last used.(the alternator is perfect I think)

    Anybody know where I could get a service for it, ideally in Dublin or close by for a resonable price.

    Being a Honda all you will have to do to get it to start is drain the petrol from the tank and carburetor, fill it with new petrol.

    Dip it for oil and then pull!

    It should fire up no bother.

    Any place that fixes lawnmowers and the likes should be able to service it for you if you don't feel confident to do it yourself
