Yesterdays Joe Duffy had a load of people on who are 'losing faith in the Irish system'.

Numerous people calling for a revolt.

Is it just more bar stool bull5hit or do we have a revolt on our hands?

Without knowing precisely what the danger is, would you say it's time for our listeners to crack each other's heads open and feast on the goo inside?

I doubt that. Our nation is one for following rather than taking initiative and anyone who tries to take initiative (e.g. Richard Quirke http://www.herald.ie/national-news/las-vegas-casino-on--cards-for-tipperary-1925844.html) are knocked for trying something different.

Just build a massive media empire taking over RTE TV3 Channel 4 etc and then put Jeremy Kyle on at the same time as the Joe Duffy show - that'll quiet the fúcker right down - see how he fares without his audience.

After i finish kicking Bon Jovi in the balls, how will we proceed with a revolt? large scale riot and storm the Dail and drag out the scum and shoot them dead in the street like the dogs that they are? Or just quietly bend over and taking another seeing to from FF?

first option seems more fun IMO

Just like our revolutionary forefathers ........
lets start a strongly worded facebook campaign.

It's what Pearce would have wanted.

Damnit, I only read the first two poll options.

I would like to change my vote to ''I'd kick Bon Jovi in the balls''.
Hate that guy and his band.

Well we should revolt. But we are soft saps and will take whatever were given by this government (and prob vote them back in again in 2012).

I cringe now when i hear the term 'the fighting irish'.

Jimmy macho bollocks might feel hard while conveying his anger about the criminal justice in this country to Joe Duffy, but when it comes to the crunch he'll be found wanting.

If there is a revolt a little bird told me in confidence that Joe's not going to make it.

While Joe Duffy was once a greasy student union activist in Trinity, he know has the cushy job in RTE, and the newspaper column. Pink coloured shirt.

As well as the Liveline calls, the future revolutionaries should also set-up a facebook group, start a blog, create an online petition, and add a link to their forum signature.

... White House replica ... €460m Las Vegas-style village .... 15,000-seater concert venue ... in the Co Tipperary countryside ..

and to top it all ...
North Tipperary independent TD Michael Lowry, who was forced to resign as a Government minister in 1996, has been appointed as spokesman for the venture.

    What could possibly go wrong?
