    Just want to be sure about this, but is the Ulster Bank on Georges Quay, Dublin open from 8am 2moro? - is this a normal branch for personal customers or just for business, never heard of a branch being open this early?

    According to the Ulster Bank website these are the opening hours, I would assume it is for everyone.

    Opening hours: Monday, 10am - 4pm
    Tuesday and Friday, 8am – 4pm
    Wednesday, 10am – 6pm
    Thursday 8am – 6pm
