Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    i bought a spinning bike at an auction but it is short 2 adjustable knobs the ones that say -to adjust loosen then pull there for adjusting seat and handle bars ect - i found a web site that sell them but are charging a furtune to ship them (www.spinning.com/parts) anyone know if i can get these parts in ireland thanks

    You could always try around gyms and see if they are getting rid of any bikes, and try and get the parts you need off them. I'm sure if you look hard enough you will find something. Gyms often get rid of old equipment!
