    hard to tell. Its just a bad like. Try the great outdoors between Patrick St and the Coal Quay.

    Id say your best and cheapest bet would be online though.

    EDIT: The Army Surplus store on York Hill (Just off McCurtain St) might be a good place too.

    I imagine you'd get one in Mahers Outdoor down on Parnell Place. (by the bus station).

    Best place would be online , any gear like that , the prices are completely hiked up on the high st , par example Regatta all weather 3 layer jacket 180 in that Outdoor place on York hill , found it brand new online for 60 , bargain , kept me well warm in -25 degree weather in Poland :D
