    was thinkin of setting up a paypal a/c your learn to build ad ecommerce site via joomla - do paypal charge for havin an a/c - how does it work ;)

    Here's their developer site - https://developer.paypal.com/

    It's free to use (as it makes them money in the long run), and you can set up test accounts for sellers and buyers to test your checkout procedure.

    It's free to have an account but they will charge you a % on each transaction.
