Help me find a song?

I'm trying to remember a song from ages ago, and I can remember the video pretty clearly, but not the song at all. A boy buys a model plane, builds it, goes out to play with it, but when he throws it, it gets stuck in a cloud and some guys on the cloud (presumably the band) hand the plane back to him. Help plz? :p
