Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As a United fan I've seen my team dominate the league at times in the last 15 or so years but Chelsea are just a machine like I've never seen in football.
I absolutely despise John Terry for the fact that he's a horrible man and a chancer as a footballer, but away from him you have to say that Chelsea are a class act.

I know it's only the first day but Chelsea didn't even look great today at times and still won 6-0.
I'm resigned to the fact my team will probably struggle against Newcastle on monday night and may well be out of the race by the time Chelsea have gone into the 20's or 30's in the goal scoring charts.

It has to be Chelsea's title this year and by some distance, and here's me hoping losing more players than they signed might have a negative affect and give the rest of us a chance:(

Relax. You'll score plenty against us on Monday.

    A realistic one.
I'd love for United to even pip Chelsea to the title, it's looking ominous though:(

I'd put good money on Newcastle putting up a decent fight at Old Trafford before falling to pieces elsewhere.

Can you see United beating newcaslte 6-0?
We've thumped teams in the past but Chelsea seem to be making a habit of astronomical scorelines these days.
I'd gladly see Chelsea fall hard on their arses after beating a relegation candidate on the first day, but there's evidence to suggest that they'll build on todays win rather than regress from it.

I'm hopeful for the season but after seeing Chelsea today I'm tempering that hope somewhat.

    Glazers Out!

So thrilled at the final score. Also, Flo is on my fantasy team so that means points.
