    17 February (Europa League)

    3pts: Under 1.5 goals double - Sparta Prague/Liverpool and Rangers/Sporting matches @ 5.5/1

Can see 0-0 in both so going for the safer option

EDIT: One more for the night...
    2.5pts: Overs 1.5 goals 1st half treble - Lille/PSV, Young Boys/Zenit and Basle/Spartak matches @ 18/1

These are the games I fancy to be where the goals are at tonight. And can see all teams having a go so hopefully goals start flying in early on!

    In Play: 5.5ts
    New Bank: 42.5pts

Just my luck of late, 1 goal away in the 1st half bet and 1 minute away in the other bet means I come away with nowt again:rolleyes::o

Confident of this one tonight, Yakuku as Ive said before has ripped this league up. Playing a Bristol side that concede alot of goals..

    5pts: Yakubu Insurebet @ 2/1
    2.5pts: Yakubu 2 or more @ 7/2

    In Play: 7.5pts
    New Bank: 35pts

The overs bet returns 19.82pts with Leeds and Swansea matches coming in but just one goal at ht in the Hartlepool match. Unfortunately the Rotherham game was called off but stake returned. Gonna keep an eye on this market from now on, very good price odds.

Looking at the Inter-Cagliari match tonight, Id be very surprised if this ends in a stalemate considering the scoring form of both teams.

Inter badly need to keep winning games in the fading chase for the title but Milito has a thigh injury so it will be down to new signing Pazzini to lead the line tonight. Hes settled well into the team and I expect he'll continue his scoring form.

    9.82pts: Pazzini to score anytime @ 13/10 (bet365)

    In Play: 9.82pts
    New Bank: 45pts

**** off Inter and Pazzini! Should have realised that they had Champions legaue this week cos they sat back on their lead for the 2nd half with Pazzini only having a couple chances:(

Gonna have a stab on the GAA tomorrow. Although last bet on Mayo was a bit (biased) ill judged, I reckon they will come away with the win against Kerry (who they have a good record against in the league) in Castlebar. Odds are big for the win @ 13/8 but gone for the safer +1 option...

    5pts: Mayo +1 handicap @ evens

    In Play: 5pts
    New Bank: 40pts

EDIT: Robbed by brutal refereeing, giving Kerry a ridiculous penalty where O'Sullivan momentum makes him collide with Mayo keeper Hennely who could not get out of the way  Good pen by Sheehan but a draw was the fair result in a shambles of a game IMO. Staying away from the GAA league from now on, too much inconsistency in line ups etc..

22/23 February (Prem & Championship midweek games)

10pts (2.5pts per line): 1.5 goals ht treble:
    Norwich v Doncaster @ 6/4
    Leeds v Barnsley @ 13/8
    Watford v Bristol City @ 13/8
    Coventry v Swansea @ 9/4

    2.5pts: 1.5 goals ht double:
    Blackpool v Spurs @ 6/5
    Arsenal v Stoke @ 11/8

2.5pts: Charlie Adam Insurebet first scorer @ 7/1

1pt: (Optimistic) Insurebet first scorer accum:
    D Graham @ 13/5
    G Holt @ 2/1
    S Long @ 16/5
    J Bothroyd @ 7/2

10pts: Norwich @ 2/5 (Has to be bet of the day!)

    4pts: Norwich -1 @ 6/5 (v Doncaster)

Alot (too much probably:pac:) staked from the bank, but Im considering the Norwich bet as a foregone conclusion considering the problems Doncaster have atm. Also I fancy a glut of goals early on in the Championship tonight.

    In Play: 30pts
    New Bank: 10pts

Norwich City a big let down. Not surprising my luck atm they conceded a late goal to (basically) a reserve Doncaster side:rolleyes: Thankfully the reliable Charlie Adam came good.

Its easy to say on hindsight but it was between Blackpool DNB and 'banker' Norwich option! Anyway, at least the other overs bet is still on but again I was 1 goal away from a decent win in the Championship, relying on, yep, ****ing Norwich match:pac:... staying with singles and doubles from now on!

    Bet Returns: 20pts
In Play: 14pts (taking into account the Fabregas and Huth bets made couple week ago)
    New Bank: 30pts

Time for a little break. No luck at all and I threw a 10pts bet on Inter @ 2/1 at ht for them to hit the crossbar and dominate for a good half hour only to concede at the last minute. Chased the loss from the Arsenal and Norwich bets, just out of pure frustration. Bad thing I know but fuk it :pac:

    See has my luck changed:pac:

EDIT: I reckon all of these will win tomorrow..

5pts: Man City, Burnley, Peterborough and Rotherham all to win @ 6.41

Awful unlucky with the scorer bet and of course the hot favourites Rotherham fail to beat a weak Barnet side:rolleyes: *sigh*

Tomorrow, Im going back to whats been (sort of) good in the past..

    5pts: Luis Suarez Insurebet @ 9/2

    In Play: 5pts
New Bank: 0pts (ive done well to last this far:pac::o)

Never been as happy to lose a bet. Terrific display from Suarez who destroyed FIVE united defenders before setting up Kuyt for an 1st easy goal, along with causing havoc all afternoon.. gonna start with a new bank next week.. Gwan the Pool:pac:

    8 March

Have decided to go back to the cash bank again because I wasnt really keeping an organised 'rating' scale with the points bank system compared to real money.

6 euro: Anytime scorer double - returns 37.50
    Leroy Lita @ 6/4
    Billy Sharp @ 6/4

2 euro: Half time draw treble - returns 14.58
    Sheffield United v Nottm Forest @ 11/10
Bristol City v Portsmouth @ evens
    Millwall v QPR @ 10/11

    2 euro: Win-draw-win draw treble - returns 70.79
    Sheffield United v Nottm Forest @ 23/10
    Bristol City v Portsmouth @ 23/10
    Millwall v QPR @ 9/4

4 euro: Lionel Messi to score 2 or more @ 2/1

    1 euro: HT/FT - Barca 2-0 Arsenal/Barca 3-1 Arsenal @ 40/1

    Bank: 40 euro
    In Play: 15 euro
    New Bank: 25 euro

    09 March

2 euro: Leon Osman anytime scorer @ 9/2 (Everton v Birmingham)

    In Play: 2 euro
    New Bank: 35 euro

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,734 ✭✭✭Fowler87

    10 March

No luck with the Osman bet, suppose it was a longshot!

Fancy Bayer to keep their great home record going against an out of sorts Villareal who fell apart against Atletico last weekend. Leverkuson are playing well and free scoring at the moment. Expect a comfortable 1st leg win.

5 euro: Bayer Leverkuson to win @ evens ( v Villareal)

    In Play: 5 euro
    New Bank: 30 euro

EDIT: Never bet on Europa league again! Bayer all over a weak Leverkuson side but cant snatch a winner getting done on the counter three times from goals by Villareals only decent players, Nilmar and Rossi  Of course I had to waste another 2.50 on Liverpool too late on in play..

    New Bank:27.50

    12 March

Few players in form I reckon will be in the scoring today and Im sticking my neck on the line on Paynter who finished top scorer in league last year. Hes getting into scoring form again, can see him opening the scoring against Ipswich today.

    2.50: Anytime scorer accumulator - 24/1
    C. Mackail Smith
    B. Wright Philips
    B. Paynter
    D. Graham

    10.00: B. Paynter Insurebet scorer @ 4/1

    In Play: 12.50
    New Bank: 15

Ahhh I give up!! CMS and Graham score but Paynter misses a host of chances and gets taken off then :(

    20 March (Prem)

    5.00: Chelsea 0-0 Man City @ 9/1

    Can see a stalemate here

    In Play: 5 euro
    New Bank: 0:rolleyes:
