    Relatively speaking, it really doesn't matter which timezone you're in, what's important is that your international trading partners know the relative time difference.

    It would make more sense for an Irish company that does 100% of its trade with the US to just work 12:00- 20:00 each day so they get the full day of work during the US business day.

    Well seeing as how Decimal time is probably a non-runner then yeah.

    Most of the non-English speaking world use the 24 hour clock by default and (quite rightly) regard our attachment to the 12 hour clock as odd.
