Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

On my Windows 7 PC I am having an issue with Internet connection dropping out.

All areas have been checked including provider, modem, router & cables.

It's none of the above so I was looking at my network adapter properties and it is set to "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

Every time I untic that option it gets turned on again after every restart.

How can I get this option to remain off?

Uncheck all the boxes in th above screen and click ok

Make sure Wake on LAN is also disabled.

Thanks for the reply but it has not sorted the issue,

After following your suggestions it still reverts to on everytime I restart?

is it ethernet or wifi? if its wifi it has its own options in Windows Control Panel/Power Options, try setting it to Maximum Performance

Ignoring idiots who comment "far right" because they don't even know what it means
