Hey does anyone know of shops with a good selection of bicycle playing cards in this fine country of ours, or would I be better to just get them off ebay?

Live in Wexford but go to college in Dublin so anywhere in either of these countys would be cool.. and if you know of somewhere outside Wex/Dub give them a shout out too!

    Cheers

This is where I always buy mine too, price is decent (Especially if you buy by the brick) and they will have them to you in a day or two at the most.

The guy who runs casino shop also runs a little giftshop thing in Carlow town.
They sometimes have a brick of bikes there.

But I kinda cleaned them out last time I was home. :)

Looks pretty good for price. I think I'll get a brick of red and blues off them. Not the greatest selection of cards though. Anywhere sell ellusionist decks?

Not in Ireland, then again, I have only met people who use those premium decks once or twice, and I have met an awful lot of cardies, so I doubt there would be the market there.

Bikes, Bees or Tally-Ho have always worked for me!

Honestly those special card things are useless unless you're a collector, you need the cards for a certain trick or are being sponsored by ellusionist.

They are the same type of cards as the bikes just more expensive harder to get gimmicks for and just look weird and suspicious to spectators.

You're much better off getting plain old bikes.

I hope this doesn't flout the ad rules as its a little more specialist than blatant advertising.

    Some good news

I'll have a range of Bicycle Gaff Cards & Regular Bicycles / Tally ho & Bicycle Seconds all in stock from end of this week.

Gaffs will be 3.95 / deck
    Regular bikes & tally ho's are coming down a little to 2.70 / deck & 27.50 / brick. Seconds will be €15 / brick

www.casinoshop.ie or showroom open 7days in toughers (same place as Yankee Candle store - the cards stuff is in the back room :D )

I'm aslo commencing distribution for US Playing Card Co & Modiano in the new year, so hopefully decent cards will become more widely avaiable over the coming months.
